Morning

- 1.25mg Proscar (Finasteride/Propecia)
- Cycle Dr Proctors Regrowth Shampoo, Tricomin Revitalizing shampoo, Nizoral 2% (use each one a different day)
- Tricomin Follicle Therapy Spray

Evening

- Dr Lees Spiro cream (every 2-3 days) alternated with Margarite Zinc Oxide cream
- 2ml 5% Xandrox Night formula or 5% Rogaine
- Tricomin Follicle Therapy Spray sometimes

Occasionally

- Dr Proctors Regrowth Formula
- Emu Oil

Vitamins when I remember

- Arginine
- Lysine
