I started loosing my hair in my mid to late twenties. It really became noticable around age 28. During my 30's and 40's, I checked out HTs but did not like the look of plugs. It looked like babydoll hair to me. The plastic surgeon I checked out wanted to put a balloon in my head, then do a scalp reduction to the tune of $35K. Couldn't afford it and he couldn't guarantee the results. In my 40's, I decided to wear a hairpeice for social functions. It was not worn to work, since I repair heavy equipment and work conditions were not ideal for trying to keep it looking neat. With FUT technology, I finally decided to get a transplant.
Went to see Dr. Wong of H&W, on 11/05/04.
So HT #1 grew in sparse. I was a late bloomer to boot. I am happy as hell to have a little hair and Toppick really makes it look pretty good to me. But, I decided to get another Ht to thicken it up. I'm trying to get the hairline to be less see through. I went back for HT #2 on 11/4/05. Dr. Wong got 2200. I think we figured it was 2212. I am quite pleased with the results. Very age appropriate for sure! |

Finally got around to posting some pictures. Check it out!
So now, you younger guys may say that you think it's way too thin for your liking, but I'm pushing 58 this year and came from a NW 6+ to this. So I'm happier than a pig in slop with my results! Many thanks to Dr. Wong and everybody at H & W. |
