Los Angeles, CA - March 18, 2002 -- Hairlosshelp.com announced today the creation of the first hair loss conference specifically geared to consumers. The one-day conference titled "Hair Solutions" will be held in Los Angeles on Saturday April 20, 2002.

The "Hair Solutions" conference will feature leading hair loss experts like Dr. Ken Washenik, Dr. Richard Lee, Richard Farrell and special guest speakers Dr. Ray Woods and Dr. Angela Campbell from Sydney, Australia.

The aim of the conference is to educate people about hair loss in general and present the latest state-of-the-art treatments. In addition consumers will learn about the future of hair loss treatments including new drugs and hair cloning.

Each speaker will give a half-hour presentation, which will then be followed by an interactive question and answer session from members of the audience.

The speakers and their topics are as follows (in order of appearance):

Dr. Richard Lee - Consulting physician for Regrowth LLC, a medical practice dedicated to treating hair loss. Dr Lee will discuss the causes of hair loss and will present the various drug related hair loss treatments available today. Dr. Lee will expand on information he gave during his recent interview on the Discovery Health Channel.

Richard Farrell - Founder and President of Farrell Hair Replacement and renown "hair artisan". Richard will discuss state-of-the-art "ultra-custom" non-surgical hair replacement options. A live demonstration will also be performed featuring his custom designed hair replacement systems.

Dr. Ken Washenik - Formerly director of the dermatopharmacology unit at NYU Medical School and currently Chief Medical Officer at Bosley Medical. Dr Washenik will discuss the future of hair loss treatments including new drugs, gene therapy and hair cloning.

Dr. Ray Woods and Dr. Angela Campbell - Special Guest Speakers from Australia and founders of the Woods Top-Up Clinic in Sydney. Dr Woods and Campbell will present information about state-of-the-art hair transplant methods and will discuss their minimally invasive hair transplant procedure.

The event will be held from 10am-5pm and will also include a small exhibit area where attendees can receive more information about the speakers. The speakers will also be present during the day and attendees will be able to interact with them on a one-to-one basis.

An audience of over 500 people is expected and attendance will be by advance reservation only. The fee per attendee is $25.00. All attendees will receive a gift pack with several product samples. In addition several free products will be given out as prizes during the seminar including a 1-year supply of Propecia and Rogaine.
