Biotin |
I have been taking biotin on and off for many years. When i take it my hair grows faster than normal,does not get any thicker.But i do notice my nails grow very fast and are very strong.

Even if it doesn't grow hair, its good for memory. |
And mental performance in general. I take biotin daily; regrowth, should it occur, is a bonus.

I have recommended this product to many clients who have had hair loss many have come back with good results and have decided to purchase more product. i believe if you are changing from bad products to this (if professional) the results are ok.

Biotin shampoo and pills |
I have only been using this stuff for about two months. The shampoo is nice but barely lathers up at all. Haven't noticed a change to the hair on my head, but since I started taking the pills, my chest has gotten much hairier. I am not saying this
