There are 10 people employed by Doctor Bauman including himself. Two front office administrative staff members, Fern and Jocelyn, answer the phones, schedule surgery and take care of day-to-day activities. Joan Spadafina, director and office manager, takes care of accounting responsibilities and marketing activities. Joan comes from a marketing background as is therefore suited to a doctor with such an emphasis on marketing. The technical staff is headed by Doctor Polo a resident surgeon and one of the only in hair transplant surgery practices. The other medical staff consists of four female technicians, all of whom have had experience in the industry. There is an additional member of the medical support staff who takes care of other services to support the staff.
