 In
the main operating venue of the DHI–PSH
facility, history was made when, for the first time ever,
Follicular
Isolation Technique (FIT) was performed live for expert physicians
from around the world.
I
was fortunate enough to be included in the group. We observed
three sessions on patients from Greece, Germany,
and the UK.
Body Hair FIT Grafts from the chest were used in one of these
sessions. Dr. Cole and Rose demonstrated their FIT technique
to the panel of expert physicians and several of the physicians
took their turn extracting FIT grafts.
One
of the FIT patients, Harald from Germany, had joined us
for the duration of the cruise and
we were able to observe first hand, his post-operative healing.
