To post messages on these forums, you must register as a member. This registration is free of charge. By registering, you agree to abide the following Terms of Membership: 

When you register, you must choose a unique user name or "handle" and you must provide a unique, valid email address. Duplicate user names and email addresses are not allowed, so if the name or address you enter is already in use, you will be prompted to choose another one. 

To prevent any member from using another's handle, each member's account is password protected with email verification. When you register, a randomly generated password will be sent to the email address you provide. Once you have received your password, you may edit your profile to change it to one of your choice. You may also change the email address in your profile. 

HOWEVER, if you do, a new, randomly generated password will be sent to that address. Entering an invalid email address will cause your user name to become unusable by anyone, INCLUDING YOURSELF, until the information in your account is manually corrected by a moderator or administrator. 

This forum, at its own discretion, may bar registration from any specific email service or ISP. 

If you have been previously removed from this forum you may not rejoin under a new name unless you have received written permission from the site administrator. Anyone rejoining without permission will be deemed to be trespassing and will be treated as such. 

Any message posted on our forums expresses only the views of the author of the message and does not necessarily reflect the views of these forums or any person or entity associated with them. These Forums use moderators and administrators to monitor the content and appearance of messages posted in our forums. However, considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to monitor or review every message. Therefore, you agree that neither these forums, nor any person or entity associated with them, will be held responsible for the contents, accuracy, completeness or validity of any information posted in them. 

You agree that you will not use our forums to post any material, or links to any material, which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or is otherwise in violation of any law. 

You agree that the forum moderators have the right to determine how you use this forum and you agree that you will abide by the decisions of the moderators at all times. 

You agree that you will not post any copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder, unless such copyright is owned by you, this forum. Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate on these Forums. 

You agree to not post any commercial messages on the forum unless you have received prior consent from the site administrator. 

Any unauthorized posting of messages on the Hairlosshelp.com forums, or any site that shares this same forum, that are of a commercial nature and are posted to promote a product, doctor, service or any other activity related to these entities, will be deemed by Hairlosshelp Inc. to be an "unauthorized advertisement" and will be subject to the following advertising rates as indicated below: 

These rates are applicable to any and all unauthorized commercial messages posted on the Hairlosshelp forums without the prior consent of the staff of Hairlosshelp Inc. 

- The daily rate for such messages will be assessed at a cost of $500.00, per message, per day. (A "day" indicates any 24 hour period, or partial segment thereof) 

- The $500.00 per message, per day charge will continue until such time as the person posting the message elects to remove their commercial message. 

- Where the message is not removed, the charges will accrue at a cost of $500.00 per message, per day and will be capped at a 10-day period for the total cost of $5,000.00 per message. 

- Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the "unauthorized advertising campaign" and are payable on receipt of the invoice unless terms of credit have been previously extended. 

As you have now been informed of the terms and conditions relating to posting these "unauthorized advertising" messages, you will be deemed to be acting in full knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions every time you elect to post a commercial message on the forums operated by Hairlosshelp inc. 

Please be advised that if advertising payments are not promptly received, we will pursue any methods available under the law to recover such moneys. 

We have the ability to edit and/or remove objectionable messages. Any user who believes that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email forums@hairlosshelp.com. Upon receipt of such notification, we will make every effort to take such action as we deem necessary within a reasonable period of time. Since this is a manual process, you are advised that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. 

We reserve the right to edit or delete any message for any reason whatsoever, at our sole discretion. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your messages, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless these Forums, e-Zone Media (the software manufacturer) and their agents and employees with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of your message(s). 

In the event of any complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you, Hairlosshelp Inc reserves the right to reveal your identity and any other information we may know about you.
