I'm finally wearing a stock toplace unit. Very impressed. Farrells's can't be much better, if at all. I'm convinced Farrell is running racket. 5K+ for hair every year???? That's pure insanity.

Hi,
I saw your forum and I would like to ask you some advice about hair piece.
as u said, the hairline will start to lift up? I'm just afraid if I wear a hair piece,
my boyfriend will be able to detect it.....
What should I do, is there anyway I can wear a piece without anyone noticing?

I have had an OK experience with my first hair piece from Farrell even though the distance of the front hair line was not correct. The second hair piece was a complete disaster. Awful dry dull hair by agreement of 4 top London hair salon stylists, insufficient density, high hair loss rate throughout, insufficient support level and being made to pay for so called "tuning" to the piece when the manufacturing of the piece was completely defective. Richard Farrell was very nasty towards me, asking me to refer it to Nancy, who was not replying to my emails asking for help whilst I was still in a pickle, telling me she has more patience for his clients than he does. That is after he got my $2,400 for the piece, which I had barely worn. I had to throw it away and my experience with Farrell has put me off the hair piece industry in general. I would rather go bald than deal with him again.

My 1st Farrel hairpiece was okay, even though the colour washed out dramatically from the first wash. The hairline was also set back too much. 8 months later, I placed an order for the second hairpiece. The quality of the hair was terrible. The colour was wrong. The hairpiece shed 1/8 of its density in 3 weeks. I had considerably sized bald spots in the hair piece. He was rude towards me and no response from his assistant Nancy by email after I was offered tuning that was chargeable each step of the way after spending 2200 on a defective hair system. The nice Richard Farrel I knew at the beginning before I paid money had evaporated.
