Why is it that knots tend to be bleached AFTER they are attached to the base, and V-Looped bases are often ordered in blond and then dyed?

Can't they just lay all the hair down that will need bleached knots (or V-Loops) and bleach a line across the middle, then tie/loop them in?

Does anyone do it this way?

WOULD anyone do it this way by request?

It seems like it would eliminate some of the difficulties associated with trying to bleach knots or trying to dye a blond skin system without getting dye on it.
