Should it be refrigerated? Frozen? Anything special?

And what is the suggested mix - presumably largly everclear with some PPG mixed in?

frozen for long term storage (3 months or more), fridge for everyday use. A few weeks at room temp is fine though, when traveling for example.
Mix is roughly 1/3 PG and 2/3 Ethanol (everclear 192 proof or Polmos Vodka SPirit)

What percent solution should I mix? Also, I don't want to buy a freaking triple-beam balance - how can I eyeball a good mix? Like a teaspoon into 60 ml of solution? Or something like that?
