And there never will be. A Doctor on tv claims that regrowing hair would be the same as growing a third arm

Rogaine and even Propecia regrow hair...Albeit, not from complete baldness but some people get pretty decent regrowth..

Agree Rogaine works.
At one point I was so desperate that I used 4 to 5 mL 5% Minox every day, then switched to Oral Minoxidil.
It works if you're just thinning, not completely bald.

And you can also get some DIFFUSE transplant (a few follicles here and there, mimicking natural diffuse thinning) . They usually charge by FU so a diffuse one is still affordable.
It also requires relatively few FU, so likely you still have enough left in your head sides and back.

From my experience, Rogaine does definitely work. Propecia is very good as well, but I personally had to discontinue using it because if side effects. However, everyone responds differently to medications. My objective advice is not to jump into a hair transplant out of desperation, especially at a young age. While using one or both of these medications, your hair loss pattern will continue to evolve. During this time I recommend saving your money, and doing a lot of due diligence as far as reputable doctors, clinics, reading reviews, and following results.
