Never heard that. It's packed with omega-3's and reduces inflammation/gives healthy hair. I add it into my smoothies.

The can be more than one reason behind hair loss. Insufficient diet, hormone changes and usage of chemical products on hair are mainly the causes behind hair loss. We can prevent the hair loss by using natural remedies on the hair. Papaya can be included in the daily diet . The left overs of the green tea can be applied on the hair which gives a smooth finish and helps in reducing hair fall. Applying raw egg with lemon can also be applied on the hair which ultimately increases the volume of the hair.

Have whole sprouted grains & nuts and green veggies and fresh fruits on at regular basis. Be stress free. Intake food with rich iron content.Apply oil to scalp & egg for moisturizing. Do not shampoo frequently as it removes natural moisture of the hair. Weekly twice/thrice is enough. Beyond from external care like good shampoo and other massages good dietary supplements gives long lasting strong hair.

Try eating this foods:

cheese, eggs, fish oil, meat, cabbage and milk (foods rich in vitamin A)
vegetables and fruits, particularly citrus fruits like lemons, pineapples, kiwis and oranges (rich in Vitamin C)
shrimp, oysters, crayfish, avocados and almonds (Vitamin E)
greens, cereals, bananas, liver, fish, eggs, peanuts, watermelon, mushrooms and red meat. (Vitamin E rich foods)

Vitamin A - this vitamin is an stimulant that for efficient method of promoting hair growth.
Vitamin C- vitamin which helps strengthen each follicle, significantly delaying the process of balding.
Vitamin E - vitamin is necessary for promoting hair growth which is often overlooked because some people may be allergic to the foods rich in this vitamin.
