As I have promidsed in the past to post more after photos, I now honor my promise.
The photos are before and 7 months after of this patient who had 1700 grafts in the joined HDC - IHTI Clinic in Cyprus. Dr. Cole was the head of surgery for this patient.

The HDC - IHTI Clinic in Cyprus is atracting patients from all over Europe and it is performing both FIT and Strip Procedures. Dr. Cole is the medical director. This week we had a patient from Athens, 4 patients from Italy and 2 Patients from London.

In addition to the before and after photos of my previous post, I would also like to post a, during procedure photo, so that you can clearly see the area that was covered

Dear not bald,
the reason I have posted the during procedure photo is to show where the grafts have been placed. I beleive this gives a better understanding of the result.
I did not post this photo to show the good work. My opinion is that the good work is clearly shown in the result photos. And this result on this patient is after 7 months which is considered remarkable.

Yep - a good result for the low number of grafts but that recipient area sure looks sore.......

I do also agree with the results which look very nice and natural.
And I believe that HDC-IHTI clinic in Cyprus is doing excellent work
with dr. Cole as the medical director. Ofcourse results are there and
I'm sure that soon we will see more.

In my eyes, is it not ethical a NW4-5 only 1700strip-grafts to transplant. This boy has good growth, but he will have no clear and packed hair line. And the density will not be high, it would have required minimum 3000strip-grafts for a NW4-5. Also strangely is, that the left temple isn't filled completely. Not enough strip-grafts? Incomprehensible.

I donot think that this is "unethical",because the lower the number of grafts that are takenout viastrip, the shorter the scar and the higher the likelyhood of it being thin.

Were you given the opportuniy to have FIT as opposed to strip? Were you given that option and chose strip, or were you NOT told about FIT.. I hope you were given the explanation of both procedures..

Let us see the scar.
Why do we see only the scars of H&W and Alvi?
They preach good strips- surgery, but dont show the scar's.
I must unfortunately assume that the scar is over 2mm.
I find it un-ethical, if Fue- physicians make strips , but then planting Fue-grafts in the scars.
That is paradoxical.
Buck I disagree, I would make never a strip with only 1700strip-grafts in his case (NW4).

Woods,Gho,Zontos, maybe Bazan and maybe Feller yet?.. make no strips, only FUE.

Well, if you do not like to see the real after pictures of surgery, then maybe you should look at the more doctored up pictures some clinics present, or wait a day or two and they will look much better. This is the way surgery looks right after it is done, wait a few hours and it looks much better, and with each hour it looks Better and Better. Better get used to it, this is surgery and the way the real pictures look after holes are punched in your head, whether it be via strip or fue..... Ethical, each guy has a right to decide what he can afford, or what the number he wants is, NOT you. No one needs anyone's moral judgments on this site or any other site.... It gets old so much criticism of every hair picture put on these boards. Constructive criticism is welcome but leave the judgments in your own home. The work looks grand for any technique, and Dr Cole's hairlines are among the best around. I will pit his against any, anytime....

It was the choice of the patient whether to do FIT or Strip. We always offer both options. FIT is exactly double the price and some patients prefer to pay half the amount for their surgery and they do not mind a shin scar. Some patients do not want to shave their hair in order to have a FIT procedure. Different people live in different cultures. Many patients do not even want to have as an option to shave their hair in the future or even to wear it very short.

This patient did not have to pay a lot of money for his surgery (1700 grafts strip) and he has solved his problem. He was wearing a hat when he was bald and now he is very happy. He can always do another surgery if he so wishes in the future but he doesn't feel that he need one at the moment.

See this patient how he looks in the photo below.

DJ, waht you say is B.S.
I make no judgements, I say only my opinion. I know that you are a patient of Dr. Cole and defend him. I had a HT with Dr. Cole. And my recipient area looks bloodier at the 2nd Day as the PostOP pictures from DHI. And we need moral and ethics in this Industry, that is very important.

Mike, I think that your 2nd day post op photo did not look bloodier. This is an exageration.

This pic was shot on 26sept.
Part1 was on 22sept
Part2 on 23 sept
Part3 on 26 sept

The grafts behind the red line was transplantet on 22&23 sept.
Make self a decision, view Gonzos and SamsonUk's PostOP Pictures.
Zontos trick is, he clean the recipient area very often with Spray, and make exellent placement with the Implanter.

I have never said; Dr. Cole isn't a top surgeon, i show only fact's.
