We need much better hair growth stimulants.

Agree. There's still a very long way to go with all this. But nothing wrong with counting a few eggs though.

If people get such good results with spiro, but the side effects are difficult to deal with if you're not a eunuch, why haven't they found a way to address the sides and develop this product?

I am pretty far along in this nightmare with HT, drugs, tattoo, etc...but haven't taken any topicals or pills in a few years because of the potential effects on my thyroid and diabetes. Would anyone recommend Spiro? Or just wait until one of these other products finds its way to the sunlight?

Always nice to have hope, even when cautious optimism rules in this ongoing "adventure!" Thanks for posting, Farrel!!!

Even with the best case scenario, I cannot see this being available by 2015. Of course I'd love to be wrong though.

I read the final patient for injection in the trials was in August. I understand it would take about three months to start noticing hair growth. Here we are in December, so shouldnt they know for sure by now if this is working? And they seem very confident thus far with an upcoming presentation Dec 8th. This tells me they already know it works?

Yes. I read somewhere that first patient got injection at December 2010 an last at August 2011. They already said that this is safe and efficacy treatment by far, but they will wait for Q1 2012 for official results.

So can we expect a public announcement from replicel in march 2012?
Or will they hold back the results for only their investors?

Just as a side note, this stock has hit its lowest point since this time last year. Closed at 1.95 yesterday on the OTCBB! Very low time to buy, especially if good news happens, the stock will sky rocket.

Although there is a reason this stock is just listed on the OTCBB, and not available on the large exchanges. I'm not going to get into the details and I'm not giving any advice out I just thought this was interesting as it applies to hair loss.

I heard a rumor that replicel results were about 25% growth.

If this is true (and we should all know in the next month or so), would this be considered a huge success or a let down? Also, is there any reason why these results wouldnt be compoundable since the injections actually grow brand new follicles? With each injection wouldnt you get more and more follicles growing on your scalp?

AGAIN, this is just a rumor.
