Hi,

Ive lurked on these forums for a while but I read this today on Science Daily and it seems to be credible, even though its only in mice currently. Yes, Im sure there are multiple people groaning and the lack of applicability of mouse models to humans and I completely understand the cynicism and seemingly endless false dawns.

Just thought Id share and hope it brings a ray of sunshine

Also one thing that i do like about this is that both drugs in this program have already gone through the years of FDA testing and trials so i hope this will speed up the process of getting avail to use from what i understand

Yeah. I wonder how long it is before people start buying the respective drugs and trying themselves before the human phase 1,2 & 3 trails get going..

Um - we have two complete newbies' posting, and one of them has two accounts. It wouldn't surprise me if all three accounts belong to the same person.

My own account only belongs to me (as far as I'm aware)

I'm not quite sure I understand what the problem with new members posting is either. Is there a bar on new members posting on this forum?

I would have thought the relevance and interest of the content of the post was more a point of discussion than the account details of the poster, unless it presents a security or integrity problem (which I don't believe these do).

Calm ur skepticism. Long-time lurker, but created a profile just to post that I have also heard of this and found it from a pretty legit source too: http://futurism.com/links/thes...-reversing-hair-loss/

Sure, it'll probably still be a while, but this is good news in my book.

"Ruxolitinib was purchased from ChemieTek (catalog no. CT-INCB). ......... JAK-STAT inhibitors were dissolved in DMSO and used at 2 to 3% for in vivo experiments, as indicated, and 400 nM for in vitro experiments. SAG was used at 120 ?M, as described by Paladini et al. (2)."
