Ive read so much on internet and been using various topcials to clean and prevent hair loss. I no longer use shampoos. Maybe 2-4 times a week only and i vary them.

Do you think im wasting my time or worth it?

Honey, yogurt, oats, leave on 30mins rinse off..cleans hair well and leaves bit thicker

ACV with cayenne pepper- this can sting but meant to be good for roots.

Coffee- again meant to prevent hair loss, i just wash in hair 5mins then off

egg- I massage a whole raw egg in scalp and clean of after 30mins..this makes hair clean and thick also.

If that is your complete regime then I would say your wasting your time, the only thing in there that will have the very slightest effect (probably unnoticeable even at that) is the caffeine in the coffee and even then you would be better off just buying caffeine shampoo.
