Is it normal or is it really diffuse hair loss?

What's the best kind of lighting I can use to know the reality of my hair?

Thanks

FWIW I'm an extreme diffuse thinner, and I can see my scalp in the NW area under sharp lighting but not through the permanent hair area. I guess it varies between people, hair colour, skin colour, hair thickness, lighting, hairstyle, etc!!!

I'm 21 and diffusely thinning at the NW6 pattern with NW3 temples.

It sucks at this age. I don't know whatever to do.

I can't stop worrying. I really tried, but I can't.

just shave your head so you dont have to look at it anyomore then keep applying rogaine to your shaved head.

dude.. yes... next time your out LOOK AT HAIR on people(even chicks) with the sun shining.. you will see scalp on people who have no MPB... some thick mop heads you might not see much but PLENTY of people who are NOT going bald have visible salp under harsh light. alot depends on thickness of hair shafts and how the hair lays aswell.. some have hair that stands up and the scalp is less covered. compare your situation to others you may look more normal than you think... you are your hairs harshest critic. im SURE u only see the flaws with your hair.... thats how MOST of us on here are.

Depends on the guy. For Howard Stern, I'd have to say it would not be normal.
