So I feel like at the rate I'm at I'm going to have an "island" at the front of my head in a few years if I don't kick my regimen up a notch, and there's really not much more I can do considering fin and minox have failed me in one way or another. I got a 1.5mm derma stamper but I want to make sure I don't do anything stupid.

So some questions:

1. How should I sterilize this thing without ruining it? I thought I read a while back that alcohol might kind of ruing the needles somehow

2. Should I do anything to sterilize my head before/after I use it to prevent infection?

3. How often should I use this thing?

4. How many times can I use it before I should replace it?

5. The only other thing I use and have used regularly over the years is Zix (with beta sitosterol mixed in) because I swear my hairloss always slows down whenever I'm using it. Should I not be using it on days that I derma-stamp for any reason?

holy shit I haven't updated my sig in almost 4 years, haha so much for neogenic. Still no crown loss! Honestly I'm a lot better off than I was worried I'd be by now back when I was 30.

Age 33- NW2.5/3, no crown loss knock on wood

quit fin/minox years ago. currently:
-Regenepure shampoo 4-5 times a week
-salicylic acid (Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid) before applying neo
-MSM pills
